Jamrarija

Tool to collect citizens´ initiatives for improving public services

Miha gre v javni WC (Miha goes to the public toilet)

What if waiting rooms (and one´s waiting time) in public institutions would be used as a space to support and increase citizen´s participation in public matters?
JAM(r)ARIJA (jamranje - whining) is a dashboard displayed in public waiting rooms, operating in a user-friendly manner to collect complaints and suggestions from citizens. It forwards the suggestions or complaints directly to relevant stakeholders, and displays statistics over already solved matters. It also includes a voting system so that urgent matters can be upvoted and solved faster.
