A city complete. Revitalize your city's public spaces by giving them back to its people

Project Description:
This project aims to bridge citizens and public spaces. The service is run by the city's municipalities. The municipality launches an online platform that presents all public spaces, buildings and places that are available for short-term or long-term, non-residential use. Any citizen in need of a place to meet, create or present her work, can subscribe for free to the service and acquire a personal profile with her identification number.

Citizens can use the online platform to explore all available spaces to find one that meets their needs. They request a space by describing their purpose of use. Once their request is approved, they may have to meet a service administrator in person (especially in case they request a long-term use) or not, and go on with the use of their selected space. They do not have to pay for the space but they have the responsibility to maintain it in good condition and if possible, to contribute to its betterment.

Opportunities - Challenges:
Existence of inactive public spaces.
Existence of groups (or individuals) in need of spaces for action/leisure etc.

Promotion of collective mentality
Enlivenment of the local community
Maintenance/betterment of public spaces
Presentation of collective artwork/efforts/activities to the local community
