govjam, public services, online, digital

Todays governmential services are fragmanted over many different channels: Health insurance, Tax Services, information around elections, parking tickets and even daily informations around street-building and eductaino are distributed in many different ways. Due to this approach, it is hard to get a complete overview around current status, current data, services and tasks. This causes a lack of trust, as citizens are not sure, where to start and how datas are moving in the background in old systems. The idea is, to map governmential structure into the digital age and to connect services into the GOVBOOK:

- Being a One-Stop-Shop for everything related to the government.
- Making public administration more service-oriented.
- Allowing maximum transparency on available information
- Allowing maximum control over personal data
- Improving transparency and control - therefore trust.
- Improving communication, interaction and therefor the relationship between the government and the citizen.
