DREAMLOCUS collects city users desires and perceptions about the urban environment.
Users can signal geo-localized desires through photos or storytelling, using online services (supported by mobile devices) or offline Public Info Points.
Users are helped in expressing their desires by a catalog of elements you can add to the photo of a specific area you are considering, in order to improve the area itself and its experience.
The system collects likes, dislikes and comments that the desire receives in the following months. The system can also collects crowd-intentions to support a specific project, considering both money and resources.
Periodically, politicians have to decide how many and which ideas to develop, considering the overall amount of money they had dedicated to the service at the beginning of the year.
