Employ Youth!

Delegating secondary business priorities for the employment of young people.

Youth unemployment has reached alarming figures around the world. Our prototype seeks to engage the players in the employment equation straight up without meddling with institutional middlemen.

The basic idea is that an active recruit/job seeker will send our super simple email-template-ticket to an interesting employer - company staff member, public official or an activist - asking him/her to fill in the form with basic information about bending tasks in their organization. There are always secondary business priorities that can be delegated.

Filling in the email-template-ticket takes a minute - max two.

This "task audit" is then forwarded to the hiring authority in the organization - who can either tighten the existing staffs burden, leave the secondary priorities unattended or maybe hire a highly motivated young person to bring in some new energy in the house.

The campaign website will publish a list of the volume and hit rate of the email-task-quiery-initiatives sent and credit the youth hiring companies with social gratitude. Our team believes in inclusive, profitable and sustainable business.

The Give A Kid A Job - blackmail-prototype can be further developed and launched relatively soon. Interested collaborators please contact MarkusPetteriLaine(a)
